All are welcome, including beginners, and there will always be experienced dancers available to help new arrivals to the class. You will find, however, that most students in this class have mastered most of the basic moves and therefore the pace is a little faster than the beginners’ classes. Intermediate classes focus on joining the moves together to create short routines rather than spending a long time perfecting a single movement, although I will always clearly explain the detailed movements. At this level, students enjoy learning new choreographies as well as practicing routines already learned. You will also learn how to dance with props, such as a veil or cane. You will also begin to dance in pairs and small groups. I can guarantee a good giggle too. By the end of the class you may well go home feeling like you have been to a party! Great fun!
