BELLY DANCE SUPERSTARS TRIP
Thank you to all of you who have signed up to our exciting trip to London. The date is fast approaching and we now have approximately 42 of you booked to see the show with us!
Southend fitness first is the 1st pick up point and we are aiming to leave by 3.30pm.on Saturday 25th October so please be there at least 10 minutes before the estimated pick up time. We will then pick up from Basildon Fitness First at the Festival Leisure (estimated time 4.15pm), Chelmsford Fitness First at approximately 4.45pm and Brentwood (Kentucky bus stop in the high street) at approximately 5.15pm. The show finishes at around 11.00pm and the drop off points will be the same in the reversed order for the journey home.
We welcome drinks and nibbles on the coach and will also be providing you with some ourselves. However please keep the coach tidy and don’t forget to take any packets and empties with you at the end of the evening. Bags and coats can be left on the coach if you wish but they must be tucked away out of site. We will be playing belly dance music on the journey to get you all in the mood for the show!
Dress code will be smart casual or glitzy and glamorous so come how you are most comfortable but please no belly dance bras and midriffs for the outing! (We don’t want our driver passing out or his eyes wandering off the road!) However a hip scarf for the journey may be useful if you plan to dance in the Isle!
Tickets are now being handed out so please come and see me to collect yours if you have not already done so. Please keep this in a very safe place until the date and don’t forget to bring them on the day as the theatre does not replace them if lost!
This is going to be an unforgettable experience and I am delighted to be sharing it with so many of you.
