Shafeek Ibrahim- Our Star Performer for December

Shafeek is an Egyptian Dance Master and the youngest male dance talent to have come from Egypt. He is an international performer, teacher and choreographer who is renowned for his dynamic performance and excellent teaching skills. He is also Director of the highly acclaimed Arabian Dane Theatre show.
Shafeek is the UK’s only professionally trained Arabian folklore dancer and Tanoura Artist (Egyptian Whirling Dervish).
He has over 10 years of professional dance experience, appearing in film, television and theatre. His repertoire is vast and includes modern and traditional styles of Belly Dance as well as Ballet, Contemporary and World dance.
Shafeek’s knowledge of dance is extensive and highly respected and he is a warm and inspirational dancer.
