Hilde Cannoodt

We are delighted to confirm that Hilde Cannoodt will be our star performer for our March Show. Originally from Belgium, Hilde moved to Brighton in 2004 to pursue her career as a dancer. Being a fusion dancer at heart, she finds inspiration in different dance styles, such as street dance, contemporary dance, ballet, jazz, flamenco, tribal fusion and Egyptian dance techniques. Currently she is studying at Laban, one of Europe's top dance schools. She is director of the Masmoudi dance company and has hosted many sold out shows in Brighton.

Guest Performer Katie Stork

Katie is a Tribal/dark fusion dancer from Colchester. She started belly dancing as physical therapy for a long term health condition, as well as helping to fuel her ongoing recovery. It ignited a deep passion for the dance and music. Her contemporary belly dance fusion is routed in her studies in ATS, Tribal and Dark Fusion, and Egyptian Dance. She will be performing a Tribal dance at Shimmy-Licious.


Guest Performer Deniz

Deniz is a teacher of Egyptian, Turkish and Tribal bellydance and is an accredited teacher of keti Sharif's A-Z advanced bellydance in southend and Chelmsford area. She is the director and choreographer of dance troupe fragrance of The East. Deniz will be performing a Turkish dance to Tarkans Kiss Kiss.

Our dynamic duo will be performing a new gypsy dance which they have choreographed themselves.

Lyndsey and Roberta;

Lyndsey and Roberta of the Eastern Roses will be a performing their new bollywood dance.
