Bellydance is also known as Arabic, Raks Sharki, Oriental or Middle-Eastern Dance ―and there are many forms of this beautiful and skilled art form that celebrates women's beauty, both internal and external. Bellydance celebrates the body while gently toning and encouraging flexibility, endurance and strength.
